HOW TO ENTER

To enter, purchase any Silhouette rimless frame from a participating National Pharmacies Optical store in Australia during the promotional period. To enter, fully complete the official entry form, including answering in 25 words or less “why Silhouette sunglasses will make the perfect fashion accessory for you”. Incomplete entries will be disqualified.

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter, participating National Pharmacies Optical stores and their agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the competition.
3. Promotion commences 1/2/2010. Entries close at 11.59 pm on 28/2/2010 for online entries and for postal entries last mail 1/3/2010. Only entries completed on the official entry form (either via postal mail or online) will be accepted. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged based on the most imaginative answer. Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Entrants must include their full name, full delivery address (no PO Boxes), email address and contact phone number.
5. Only one entry per person and per household permitted. Multiple entries from the same person or household will be disqualified.
6. Entrants must retain their original store receipt as proof of purchase.
7. There are 10 winners. The winning entries will be chosen by a judging panel, in their absolute discretion, based on the creativity of answers. The judging will take place at 11 am on 8 March 2010 at Unit 11, 1 Vuko Place, Warriewood NSW 2102.
8. Winners will be notified by mail and email by 28/3/2010.
9. Prizes can only be sent to addresses in Australia. Prizes will be despatched within 30 days of the end of the promotion.
10. There are 10 Prizes each a pair of Silhouette Titan Minimal Art polarised sunglasses. Each prize is valued at up to RRP $499 (including GST). Total prize value is a maximum of $4,990 (including GST).
11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes.
12. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Any change in the value of the prize occurring between the publishing date and date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter. In the event of that any prize item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
13. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised by the entrant, each entrant consents to the information they submit with their literary piece being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference or payment or other compensation to the entrant, including sending the entrant electronic messages. All personal details of the entrants will be stored at the office of the Promoter. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to that office. In addition, all literary pieces become the property of the Promoter and it is a condition of entry that those literary pieces may be used by the Promoter for their own promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without restriction.
