Since January 2000, Mimo Pty Limited has weathered bushfires, droughts, floods and the GFC. We’ve supported thousands of customers and their patients with highest quality eyewear, across 6 brands, and have employed in excess of 40 people over these years. And now there is Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Like other businesses, we are practicing social distancing and asking our team members to maintain high standards of hygiene to ensure that our workplace is a safe environment. As a small family business, the health and wellbeing of all our employees has always been a priority along with that of the company. The ever changing effects of the Coronavirus are now impacting our company. As a result, we are making the following changes to our daily operation, through whatever the time period it takes to return to normal.

Business Hours

  • Starting week commencing Monday 23 March 2020, Mimo will operate on a
    3-day working week being Tue/Wed/Thur at least until the end of April.
  • Hours of operation: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
  • Orders outside these new office hours may be placed by email on our “service@…” email address.
    Our customer service and warehouse departments are under considerable pressure to satisfy orders so we thank you for your understanding and patience.
  • Our representatives will also be working a 3-day week although their days are flexible for visiting customers and phone calls.

Additionally some of our suppliers are experiencing production issues so please be aware that it is likely that delays will occur during this unprecedented period of uncertainty. We are doing everything in our power to be available to you and offer reliable service.

We are a small family business but we are just like you and know these are challenging times for everyone. We are certain that we will overcome this difficult situation together.  On behalf of all the team at Mimo, we thank you for your support and loyalty.
