Customer Service – Inbound Sales B2B

We are located in Warriewood in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.


You will work within a small B2B team delivering exceptional customer service-ensuring accurate order entry while on the phone.

As a Customer Care Consultant, you will be working within a team environment with no two days being the same, to ensure existing customers are receiving a personal and stand out service at all times. We are looking for excellent communication skills and positive can-do attitude with accurate and timely processing of customer orders. You will be well organised with attention to detail and able to take initiative.

Additional adhoc, administration duties including, but not limited to: filing; cataloguing; product returns; and trade fair event attendance.

Training will be provided. Negotiable salary on experience. Full-time or permanent part-time considered, Monday to Friday.
